    Orders arrive on WhatsApp, by phone and at the counter. Somebody writes them down; somebody else re-types them.

    Orders fall into delivery zones automatically; your office builds each day's route list, and drivers work through their stops in the driver app, capturing a photo, a signature and any cash collected.

    Overalo creates the tax invoice, emails it with the delivery note and statements, and syncs invoices and credit notes to Xero.

    A stock ledger for production, loading, returns and stock takes. Low-stock alerts and a daily stock report.

    Capture phone and walk-in orders and WhatsApp ordering (Softennect add-on), each with a reference number. WhatsApp orders arrive for your team to check.

    Regulars get their own prices automatically.

  • Delivery-fee rules

    Add a delivery fee automatically when an order is under your minimum (e.g. R500).

  • Invoicing

    Tax invoices, delivery notes and statements created in Overalo and emailed as PDFs.

    Invoices, credit notes, contacts and items sync to Xero. Your books stay in Xero.

  • Driver app

    Drivers see their trips and stops and the stock on the vehicle, and mark each stop delivered, partly delivered or failed.

Orders came in on WhatsApp and by phone, regulars had their own prices, small orders needed a delivery fee, and everything had to be captured again in Xero.

What changes with Overalo

The team captures every order in Overalo. Customer prices and the delivery fee under R500 apply automatically, drivers capture proof of delivery and cash in the driver app, and invoices sync to Xero. Delivered, invoiced and in Xero automatically, no retyping.
